WHY is it that in LAPU LAPU CITY,CEBU PHILIPPINES,there are two (2) flamingo rent a car,inc?one is in PUSOK,LAPU-LAPU CITY,with the tel.no.(032) 341-0585 which is accredited at (DOT) Department of Tourism and yet the other flamingo rent a car,inc located at GUN-OB,LAPU LAPU CITY with tel. nos.340-1288..I think they are not accredited and still posted at the website.
this is very confusing information! Which one is LEGAL ?
